Kylie and her team have put money into the Cummins bank account and it is all above board! They have done this by supplying solutions to our needs and being there for us when it really counted.
Cummins is a unique company within our industry as we have 36 company owned facilities throughout our South Pacific Region and employ 1400 staff. Our training philosophy is to give our people the best opportunity to develop while having a common approach to our training delivery.
Early in 1999 we embarked on a program of delivering the Certificate IV in Frontline Management Initiatives to over 500 of our employees on a South Pacific basis. Unfortunately we got it wrong. We chose a Training Organisation that, when challenged, could not meet our expectations. Enter Kylie Bartlett, and her training team, who not only picked up the broken pieces of our existing program but also massaged and played with it until it fitted like a glove to our organisational needs. Today they are delivering training to over 500 of our employees throughout the South Pacific.
Acceptance to training (especially training by females) had the potential to be a critical issue within our male dominated industry. It turned out to be just another challenge for Kylie and her team, resulting in some of the best and positive feedback we have seen.
I will summarise by saying that we are thrilled to have found a training provider that is committed to honesty, integrity, and have an infrastructure in place to deliver and support quality training while also having some fun.
