For the past 9 years Quantum Leap Corporation’s Managing Director, Kylie Bartlett, owned and operated Pinnacle Training Solutions (PTS).
PTS, as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), grew to become a national leader in both the Corporate and New Apprenticeship/Traineeship arena.
Training internationally and nationally over 1,000 clients with a support team of 15 staff, PTS specialised in offering a unique and innovative range of services from traineeships through to corporate training solutions.
PTS established a successful reputation with some of Australia's most recognized organisations, in such sectors as retail, business, call centres and warehousing but to name a few. 
In September 2007 Kylie made a quantum leap herself - selling the RTO division of PTS, though retaining the corporate division and re-launching it as Quantum Leap Corporation.
Kylie and her team are continuing to follow her true passion - providing people with The Power to Perform.
